HORIZON MANAGEMENT COMPANY is seeking an experienced HOA portfolio manager. The candidate must hold a PCAM, AMS, CMCA, or CCAM designation.  Our HOAs are generally in the South Bay and West Side or Los Angeles.

You will be expected to have knowledge of the industry, and we will train you on specifics of our policies and procedures. Salary is based on the portfolio managed by you.  We are looking for someone who shows competence in the following areas:
