Playa Pacific, a prestigious 12.5-acre, 173-unit luxury townhome complex in Culver City, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time on-site property manager. This vital role requires a dynamic individual who excels in property management and demonstrates exceptional teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: Oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of common areas, ensuring the complex remains in pristine condition.

• Team Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration and mutual respect among homeowners, residents, staff, vendors, the Association’s management company, and the Board of Directors.

• Administrative Oversight: Manage the operations of the management office with efficiency and precision, including staff supervision and coordination with the Association’s management company.

• Board Interaction: Actively participate in monthly Association Board meetings, providing valuable insights and updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of five years of experience as an on-site townhome/condominium association manager.

• Certification: Preference will be given to candidates holding certification in association management.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email communication.
