CAI’s California Common Interest Development Law course is the most comprehensive legal course available for professionals managing community associations and board members. If you manage community associations or are a board member, don’t miss the in-depth legal knowledge you will gain from participating in this 8-hour course.
Get a comprehensive review of California and Federal laws affecting community associations, and gain a greater understanding of the Davis-Stirling Act, California Corporations Code, and common law and specifics related to common interest developments.
This course meets the CAMICB 8-hour law course requirement.
- You have 30 days after the course ends to take CAI’s online exam.
- The final exam will be available in your CAI National online account on the day of your live course.
- You will have two attempts to pass the multiple-choice exam.
- The exam is timed and must be completed in one session.
- You will receive your grade immediately. A score of 70% or higher earns an electronic certificate of completion on the CAI website.
