The CAI Board Leader Certificate is designed to provide a foundation for effective community association board leadership. Whether you are an experienced board member or just thinking about getting involved, this certificate will help you become a more informed and effective leader.

Day 2: October 17, 9:00 AM-12 PM

• Financial reporting and budgets
• Reserve fund strategies
• Board Meetings

Webinar Zoom link and handouts will be provided to registrants prior to each day. Register for session 1 only and you will automatically be added to the second session.
