2024 Legislative Update and CLAC Challenge

Join us for the annual Legislative Update. We had a busy year for legislation affecting HOAs so you won't want to miss this event.

Donate to the CLAC Challenge!

Every year before the legislative update begins, we hold the CLAC Challenge. This is our biggest fundraiser for the California Legislative Action Committee fighting on behalf of HOAs in the State Capitol. The first 10 companies to pledge $1000 or more will receive the 2024 CLAC Champion medal. Donations of all sizes are welcome... and needed!
